Cancellation Policies

No Show: No refunds or rescheduling applies. (ARTICLE 65 of Law 300 of 1996).

7 to 15 days before: 50% refund of the deposit or reschedule within the next 6 months.

More than 15 days before: 100% refund of the deposit less administrative fees.

Withdrawal: Right of withdrawal within 5 days after purchase (ARTICLE 47 of Law 1480 of 2011).

No-Show Policies

In the event of a no-show without prior notice, there will be no refunds and 100% of the pass price will be charged.

Date Changes

Requests made more than 7 days in advance will be free of charge and subject to availability.

Requests made between 3 and 7 days in advance will have a 10% administrative fee.

Changes made less than 3 days in advance will not be permitted, except in cases of force majeure.

Payment Policies

Payment and Reservation Confirmation:

50% of the total quote is due 15 days before the event; the remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

The client may make payment using accepted methods.

Access may be denied if the client has not made 100% of the prepayment at the time of the visit.

Payment for additional services will be canceled in full during the visit or in advance if included in the reservation.
