Agency Identification: Voga Travel, a company legally incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Colombia, identified with NIT 901343186, with its main address in the city of Cartagena de Indias, registered in the National Tourism Registry (RNT) with number 133616, acts as an inbound and outbound travel agency, whose work consists exclusively of the commercial intermediation of tourist services provided by duly authorized third-party providers.
2. Purpose of the terms and conditions: This document establishes the general terms and conditions that govern the relationship between Voga Travel and the user (hereinafter the "Client"). The Client is any natural or legal person who contracts or reserves a tourist service through the channels enabled by the agency.
3. Nature of the relationship: Voga Travel acts as an intermediary between the Client and the providers and operators of tourist services, who are responsible for the execution of the contracted services.
4. About tourist services: Each tourist service offered by Voga Travel has specific conditions imposed by its provider.
5. Right of withdrawal: The Client may exercise the right of withdrawal only for non-face-to-face purchases made through our website or by telephone.
6. Cancellations, changes, and refunds: The possibility of canceling, modifying, or refunding contracted tourist services will depend exclusively on the specific conditions established by the contracted service provider.
7. Payment reversal: In compliance with the provisions of Decree 587 of 2016, the Client may request a payment reversal when making their purchase through e-commerce mechanisms.
8. Disclaimer: Voga Travel shall not be liable for events arising from unforeseen circumstances and force majeure, acts attributable to third parties, denied entry into a country, loss or damage to personal belongings, or improper conduct by the Client.
9. Protection of Personal Data: Voga Travel collects, stores, and uses the Client's personal data solely to manage reservations, payments, and billing.
10. Commitment against commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents (escnna): Voga Travel informs Clients that Colombian laws protect children and adolescents from all forms of sexual exploitation and violence.
11. Final provisions: The conditions may be updated without prior notice, and the current version will be available for consultation on official channels.
